Green Living & Energy Education (GLEE) will host its Annual Meeting and 3rd Annual Green Living Awards from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Marathon Garden Club,  5270 Overseas Highway (Bayside), Marathon, FL 33050.

A short presentation of what GLEE has accomplished in 2009 will be followed by our featured speaker and then the 3rd Annual Green Living Awards presentations.

Featured Speaker: Chris Desmond is Founder/Director of Sea Excursion's 10,000 Islands Dolphin Project and serves on the Advisory Board of The International Ecotourism Society.

Awards: The Green Living Awards honors achievements across four categories: individuals, businesses, agency/organizations, and local governments. The four winners of the Green Living Award are chosen in a blind vote conducted by the GLEE board of directors.  The four winners of GLEE's Popular Vote are decided by online votes via www.KeysGLEE.com starting 10 a.m. Feb 4th and ending at 9 p.m. Feb 18th.

A reception will follow with appetizers provided by Cristiano's Catering & Food For Thought.

Admission to this event is free to GLEE members and $10 for non-members.
